 St Lucia

Saint Lucia is a beautiful island nation situated in the Eastern Caribbean. The west coast of the island boasts two majestic mountains called the Pitons, which offer stunning views. The coastal areas are home to volcanic beaches, excellent diving spots, luxurious resorts, and picturesque fishing villages. If you love hiking, you can explore the interior rainforest on several trails that lead to breathtaking waterfalls such as the 15m-high Toraille. The waterfall cascades over a cliff into a garden, making it a lovely place to visit.

Now that you have had time to relax and recharge, get to know the true beauty of St. Lucia.

Option 1

Stonefield is located on land that for centuries has been considered the most fertile on the island of St. Lucia. It was originally owned by one of the biggest colonial families in the 1700's and operated as a coffee, lime, and cocoa plantation before it was purchased by Canadian Builder, Wayne Brown, and his St. Lucian wife, Anista Brown, in 1973. At that time, it was a working cocoa plantation rich with tropical fruit trees and vegetable gardens. The Brown family soon discovered ancient rock carvings on the property that directly face the Petit Piton Mountain. Labelled a place rich in history by the St. Lucia Historical Society, the property was developed into a private resort in the late 90’s.

The calming and serene energy at Stonefield is one of the first things that visitors notice. The ancient rock carvings, a St. Lucian historical landmark, forms the resorts logo. A nature trail to the rock carvings is on property. The rock carvings, or petroglyphs, are said to have been drawn by the Carib Indians in this place of fertility, believed to have been a birthing site. Folklore states that the property has an energy that aids in human fertility.

Your  Piton View Villa, the “Orchid” villa features a kitchenette with quaint living spaces, spacious private pool, and lush tropical garden views and a stunning view of the dramatic Petit Piton. Refresh and cleanse yourself in the villa’s luxurious semi-outdoor private shower before starting your day with a rejuvenating spa treatment or venturing off to the nearby Sugar Beach. Enjoy freshly made tropical juice and a cool towel upon arrival—a perfect start to your dreamy island getaway. This villa also comes with an in-room safe, private garden, and luxury bath amenities.

Option 2

Nestled along the cliff side, Ti Kaye overlooks the serene waters and silver sand of the secluded beach below. The resort is often described as ‘inspired by nature’; each cottage is purposely built into the landscape, drawing from the beauty of its lush natural surroundings. Equipped with modern amenities and some unusual quirks, guests are invited to unplug and indulge in the purpose-built outdoor shower and relax in the double hammock while watching the sunset from their balcony. Each cottage, or ‘ti kaye’ (Creole for ‘little house’), is purposely built for stunning sunset views over the Caribbean Sea and to afford an all-consuming breathtaking view of the azure waters below and is accessible by a matrix of paths and stairs which are lit up at night.

Your Queen Ocean View Room has a view of the Caribbean Sea and features a large bedroom, spacious deck with two rocking chairs, a table, and a double hammock. They also have ceiling fans and air conditioning, four poster beds with mosquito nets, complimentary tea and French press coffee facilities, a mini-fridge, telephone, hairdryer, iPod dock, in-room safe, walk-in closet, iron and ironing board plus daily maid and turn down service.
