Today, visit Sulphur Springs the World’s only Drive-in Volcano where you can enjoy a very informative tour through the parks and take a dip into the black mineral-rich pool. The mud baths at Sulphur Springs attract people from all over the world because it detoxifies the body and helps heal sunburns, eczema, arthritis, sore joints, and more. Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens, a six-acre multi-award-winning tourism site, is an attractive, alluring and peaceful retreat from the outside world.

Pack your bags this morning and head off to your morning adventure discovering St. Lucia’s best view of Petit Piton via the Petit Piton Trail at Fond Doux Eco Resort. Petit Piton is one of the world-famous, UNESCO World Heritage twin mountainous volcanic plugs in Soufriere, St. Lucia. This guided hike will regale you with Piton facts, Taino (Amerindian) heritage & lore. The well-maintained trail weaves through tropical forest and climbs to approximately 1400 ft. above sea level. Throughout the hike enjoy tropical birds, flora, and other fauna native to the island of St. Lucia. The magnificent view of Petit Piton midway through the hike provides once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities! After your hike, immerse yourself in a Garden of Eden at Fond Doux Eco Resort where fresh fruit literally falls from the trees. Take a tour of the grounds so your guide can show you the wide range of organic tropical fruits (like bananas, mangoes, apricots, grapefruit, love apples, guavas, start fruits and more), flowers, plants, vegetables, and spices—some of which you might be able to sample during the tour (dependent on the season). Tropical birds including rare and endemic species flit between boughs overhead. Feel free to enjoy lunch at Fond Doux then head to the north end of the island to check into next hotel, the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa for some much-needed rest and relaxation!

Relax and enjoy the last day of your tropical paradise vacation. Later in the afternoon, enjoy views of the epic sunset in St. Lucia on an evening catamaran cruise. Step on board and take in the coastal scenery, including the twin Pitons, then make a pit stop for some snorkeling over the local protected reefs. This tour gets you out on the water to snorkel during a quiet time of day and see the sunset from the deck of a boat, the best possible vantage point. On the way back from Marigot Bay, munch on appetizers, sip drinks, and jam to island rhythms. The perfect way to end your time in St Lucia!

La Haut
La Haut Resort sits on a hill overlooking Soufriere, one of the oldest towns in St Lucia. Part of a 52-acre former coconut and cocoa estate, the main Guest House possesses a unique history. Nearly 100 years old, the main guesthouse was originally a cocoa house used for fermenting and drying cocoa beans hand-picked on the estate. In 1995, the building was converted and refurbished into a 6-room guesthouse. The nearby cottage was a former copra house where coconuts were once processed. Although the rich aroma of cocoa beans no longer wafts through the air, at La Haut you can enjoy the perfume-scented, tropical fauna or the salty breeze that blows off the Caribbean Sea.
La Haut resort is a working plantation with great cooling sea breezes, magical views of the Pitons, Caribbean Sea and the rain forest. La Haut Resort is ideal for nature lovers and health and wellness holidays.
Room Allocation: Family Room with 2 king beds
The Resort consists of 15 rooms which can sleep 30 persons with some rooms large enough to accommodate additional persons. The rooms are scattered around the plantation, some in a refurbished cocoa house and copra house. Rooms are spacious, bright and airy with private balconies, bathrooms and all have amazing views. Most of the rooms have Air conditioning with only 3 rooms not containing Air conditioning.
